Karel Goddeau runs the entire show at De Cam, including the cooperage. He blends young and old lambics from Boon, Lindemans, and Girardin to produce superb fruit beers and gueuze. This traditional cherry is very dry with notes of almond, marzipan, lemon, and earth.
